WHAT IS IT?
"Mommy & Me" is a developmental interactive gymnastics program for the child and parent. General movements are designed for your child’s physical improvement using a gymnastics environment.. Both the parent and the child perform various movement patterns through a circuit based obstacle course. Movement Education themes, basic locomotor movements, non-locomotor movements, rhythmic patterns, gross motor coordination, finite motor coordination, dynamic and static balance all in a fun environment with MOM.

WHEN IS IT?
Parents choose either a Tuesday morning or Wednesday morning session. Class time is 9:15 - 10:00 am.

WHERE IS IT?
Classes are held in Park Center Room 2214 SUNY Cortland Campus
WHO IS TEACHING?
Amanda Recor and Sarah Nadrowski. Both Amanda and Sarah have a BS in physical education and are currently working on their MS in health education. Overall, they each have 18 years of gymnastics experience, four of which were on the SUNY Cortland Varsity Gymnastics Team. They each teach gymnastics activities classes and are the assistant gymnastics coaches here at SUNY Cortland. Both Amanda and Sarah understand the importance of movement patterns and skill development, are high energy instructors, and love working with children! Sarah and Amanda teach this class during their summer employment, their expertise will guide both parent and tot in a fun-filled experience.

$55.00 per 6 consecutive week session
